About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or order from TheBACWaterSite.com (“we”, “us”). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Research use only
All products are sold FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY and are NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use.
By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for laboratory or research purposes, and that you will handle, store and use the products appropriately for that purpose and in line with the laws that apply to you.
No medical advice
This website and our team do not provide medical, health or usage advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such. We do not provide instructions for human or animal use.
Products and availability
Product availability may change without notice. Product images on this site are illustrative renderings.
Each product carries a lot identifier printed on the vial or its box. Batch documentation, such as a Certificate of Analysis, is published only when it is available for that specific lot. Where no document is published for a lot, none should be assumed to exist.
Pricing
Prices and volume tiers are shown on the product pages. Shipping or delivery charges are quoted separately when your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a paid order is cancelled because of a clear pricing mistake, we will refund you.
How ordering works
Orders for customers in the United States, Canada and the Dominican Republic are currently arranged through WhatsApp. Sending an order message is a request to order; it is not a finalized order.
An order is finalized only after product availability, shipping or delivery, and payment details have been confirmed with our team.
Payment
Payment is currently accepted in USDT. Supported USDT network and payment details are confirmed through WhatsApp before payment. Please send payment only using the network and details confirmed with our team.
Payment is required before an order is dispatched, unless a different arrangement has been specifically agreed for a Dominican Republic delivery.
Our right to refuse or cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- compliance concerns
- suspected fraud
- payment problems
- product availability or inventory issues
- concerns that products will not be used for research purposes
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Shipping, returns and damaged orders
Shipping and delivery are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. There are no general or discretionary returns, and opened products cannot be returned. Damaged goods, incorrect products and missing quantities must be reported within 4 days of delivery, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
