Where we deliver
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada, and deliver nationwide within the Dominican Republic. Orders are arranged through WhatsApp, and payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise stated below.
United States and Canada
- Carrier: confirmed with you when ordering.
- Shipping fee: quoted individually for each order.
- Processing: normally 1–2 business days after payment.
- Expected delivery: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: provided for shipped orders.
Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier, weekends and holidays.
Dominican Republic
- Coverage: nationwide delivery.
- Delivery charge: quoted individually through WhatsApp.
- Expected delivery: approximately 1–3 days.
- Payment: USDT before dispatch, unless specifically arranged otherwise.

Please check your name, delivery address and contact number carefully when confirming your order with our team.
Lost parcels
If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order details. Lost parcels are reviewed case by case.
Marked as delivered but not received
If the carrier shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate, including with the carrier where appropriate, before any remedy is determined. A replacement or refund is not automatic in this situation.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Damaged goods, incorrect products and missing quantities must be reported within 4 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
