Where we operate
This website and our ordering service are intended for customers in the United States, Canada and the Dominican Republic. They are not directed at customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, and the site is not intended for anyone under 18.
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- WhatsApp and email: your phone number or email address, your name, and the content of our conversations.
- Orders: the products and quantities you order, your delivery name, address and contact number, and payment confirmation details such as a USDT transaction reference.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting records technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
- Language preference: a cookie remembers the language you choose.
- Campaign information: if you arrive through a link that includes campaign or ad click parameters, these are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device.

- WhatsApp (Meta) — order and support conversations. Messages you send through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
- Resend — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Cloudflare — domain name services and routing of email sent to our domain addresses.
- Google (Gmail) — our email inbox.
- Shipping carriers and delivery providers — the delivery details needed to deliver your order.
Analytics, advertising and payment processors
This website does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel or the Meta Conversions API, and no third-party payment processor currently receives your information. If we begin using any of these services, we will update this policy to describe them.
USDT payments are made on a public blockchain network. Transaction details recorded on that network are public and are outside our control.
How long we keep information
- Confirmed transaction and order records: approximately 7 years, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute, a legal obligation or another legitimate reason.
- General inquiries, contact-form messages and WhatsApp correspondence: approximately 24 months, unless needed longer for an active customer relationship, a dispute or a legal obligation.
